'CLARITY' comes from the word 'Clear'
How do I know I am clear in my mind ?
If I feel active, happy, motivated, goal oriented, able to identify + understand + organise my thoughts, have unclouded judgement … and display such attributes on most matters in my life then, I have MENTAL CLARITY.
But,
If I procrastinate, feel doubtful and confused, do not experience a decisive sense of direction and purpose, have problems arriving at a conclusion….and function this way on most matters of my life, then I may be going through a phase of NO MENTAL CLARITY
What is CONCENTRATION?
It is the act of putting together
Physical senses
Mental abilities
Emotional desire
Planned objective
and
using available resources like time, tools, skills in the pursuit of the target.
It is based on the 4 Cs:
Challenge
Confidence
Control
commitment
Clarity of the mind implies a MIND -> unclouded & non-confused
towards MATTERS.
Signs that show the level of Concentration as unsatisfactory:
Lack of focus
moving from one task to the other without completing any
Forgetfullness
unable to pay attention to a particular conversation/event
Easy loss of interest
feeling fidgety/ distracted both physically and mentally
Day dreaming
drifting into own thoughts/ dreams losing connect with things around
Lack of confidence
making silly mistakes
confusion
problem following a set of instructions/ steps/ procedures/ processes
There are many tips that can help with restoring clarity and concentration like:
taking short breaks,
connecting with nature
a nutritious diet
a basic exercise schedule
practicing mindfulness & meditation
undertaking one activity at a time
and many such practices that we all have heard of and know about.
But,
many of us lack/ lose the feeling of being consistently motivated towards inculcating and practising these habits !
That’s where the hand-holding is needed to stay in alignment with the tasks required to achieve the goals.
This is consciously enabled @ moving Mind(s) over Matter.
So, allow yourself to feel motivated and get in touch.
